LUKE 8:23 NLT
23 On the way across, Jesus lay down for a nap, and while he
was sleeping the wind began to rise. A fierce storm developed
that threatened to swamp them, and they were in real danger.

So many people are driven -- feeling and acting like the
responsibility for running the whole world is on their
 shoulders.

But Jesus was able to relax. Arguably, He had an important job
to do. Yet He had balance in His life. He knew when it was time
 to take a nap.

Jesus also spent whole nights in prayer. So, His example does
not encourage laziness or apathy. Just balance -- and trust in
 God, instead of worry.

Some may think it would be a sin to "take a nap" because we
should always be working. But Jesus never sinned, and we may
safely follow His example, and keep our lives in balance.

SAY THIS: I will relax and trust God.

Psalm 150 let all things Praise the Lord!

Extreme Praise, the Hebrew word for "praise" used here is halal, meaning "to shine, boast, rave, and to celebrate clamorously." It may seem extreme to some, but that is exactly what we are being directed to do, "Boast of the Lord!" , "Rave of Him in His Sanctuary!", and so much more with a radical exuberance! There is a time to give voice to Christ triumph, are you?

For we walk by faith, not by sight.  2Corinthians5:7

How many times have we (Christians I'm writing about here) read or heard this verse? It's easy to say we walk by faith, but do we?

According to one definition faith is an  "inner attitude, conviction, or trust relating man to a    supreme God or ultimate salvation".

Where is your faith at? Do you have that inner attitude, no matter what the world is saying around you, that God is in charge of all things. He has plans for you to prosper. That there is a plan for you to be healthy for your family to be united in Christ.

I have to admit its a daily walk for me. It is getting easier, thats for sure! Every day its a commitment that I make, to walk by faith. No matter what the news says or people around me, I know that my God has a plan for my life and all I have to do is believe, and keep going forward.

Love and Blessings!

2 Corinthians 5:7 (The Message)

6-8That's why we live with such good cheer. You won't see us drooping our heads or dragging our feet! Cramped conditions here don't get us down. They only remind us of the spacious living conditions ahead. It's what we trust in but don't yet see that keeps us going. Do you suppose a few ruts in the road or rocks in the path are going to stop us? When the time comes, we'll be plenty ready to exchange exile for homecoming.
this is simple a test picture, working out just how this works! ;)
